Resolved

We saw an increase in latency spanning from 2023-03-14T17:02:00Z to 2023-03-14T17:16:00Z, which culminated with our caching server becoming unresponsive for about six seconds between 2023-03-14T17:15:56Z and 2023-03-14T17:16:02Z. Service has been restored since 2023-03-14T17:16:10Z. The outage affected 7% of AReqs in the 15-minute timespan the incident lasted.
