Connection issues to US based directory servers

Resolved

From approximately 19:50 to 20:40 UTC on March 6th, we experienced a significant amount of timed out transactions against Directory Servers located in the US. This impacted both 3DSv1 and 3DSv2.
Since v1 and v2 are independent, but both hosted at the same service provider, we expect the issue to originate there.
We will provide updates if our investigation provides anything useful.
